Global Girl Project: 2nd Cohort Ends With Book Donation
“The Global Girl Project is an initiative dedicated to mobilizing socially-minded and community-driven young women from developing countries to become leaders. Our exchange and blended learning programs are designed to enrich skills-sets, generate support, and provide knowledge for these young leaders to implement their initiatives within their communities. As our Blended Learning Leadership Initiative grows our web platform will connect a network of girls from all over the world who will be able to support each other’s work and inspire each other to truly change our world.” – Global Girl Project. Global Girl Project partnered with Bestspring Foundation to implement the blended learning curriculum in Nigeria. The first Cohort ended with the Waste Management and Sanitation Project. Owing to the success of the first cohort, Global Girl continued its partnership with Bestspring Foundation. The second cohort of the Blended Learning Leadership Initiative kick-started with about ten girl
